Dear HighStreet 5 Players,
1. Anniversary Pardon to Past Suspended Users
HighStreet 5's 2nd Anniversary is fast approaching, and we have decided to respond to the continuous appeal from players with suspended IDs by offering them a chance to join the party once again. These suspended players will have their IDs back starting on August 24 by following the simple step below.
To have your ID (suspended due to using bots) back, you need to email a pledge to service@highstreet5.com.ph in the format shown below:
|
Your ID:
Pledge: I promise not to use any 3rd party program to play HighStreet 5 again. And I am willing to bear the punishment for being caught for using BOT again. |
Notes:
1. If you have an account which is suspended, you will also get an email from us about this topic. You may simply reply to that email for us to process your request.
2. All suspended accounts will be handled on a case-by-case basis days within 3 working days upon receiving application.
2. Game Policy Amendment
To ensure that the policy is fair to all, we have amended the rules concerning bot users in HS5. These new rules will be effective starting August 24.

Caught using third-party softwares (Bot programs) |
PENALTY |
|
1st offense |

|
2nd offense |
Will be subjected to a fine of 2000 cash points with a 3-day suspension of his/her ID.
Note: Cash points will be deducted from the account directly. If there are not enough cash points left in his/her account, the ID will remain suspended until 2000 cash points fine is deducted.
|
|
3rd offense |
Will have the offender’s ID suspended for a period of 10 days and be subjected to an administrative fee of 1000 cash points if he/she is to reactivate his/her ID. For each use of bots thereafter, a fine of 1000 cash points and a 10-day ID suspension will be imposed.
Note: Cash points will be deducted from the account directly. If there are not enough cash points left in the account, the ID will remain suspended until 1000 cash points fine is deducted.

4. You can check your account’s status here.
We hope to extend our goodwill to players with past slips when we celebrate our 2nd Anniversary. HOWEVER, this policy amendment should not be interpreted as a move from us to tolerate attitude towards bot users.
As no rules should be imposed to favour only a particular group of people, this no-suspension for first-timers rule will apply to players who join HS5 in future and thus the amendment on the general policy on bot users. We hope that the 2000 cash points fine is a strong deterrent to players who might be tempted to employ any bots to play the game.
